It seems like that place is cursed.. No place has stayed open there for more than maybe a year?? (well I think Hoagies and Wings may have been there over a year.. but then it seemed to be 3 different things after that..) It's a good spot.. just a shame they can't seem to come up with the right concept or whatever they need to get over that initial first year hurdle.. They’ve been closed for some time..
