		<description>They&#039;ve been closed for some time.. It seems like that place is cursed.. No place has stayed open there for more than maybe a year?? (well I think Hoagies and Wings may have been there over a year.. but then it seemed to be 3 different things after that..) 

It&#039;s a good spot.. just a shame they can&#039;t seem to come up with the right concept or whatever they need to get over that initial first year hurdle..</description>

I&#039;ve made refried beans before, but it&#039;s been a while and your tutorial was fun and very helpful!
