maybe he was on his way to the red bull go cart races in downtown LA of a couples weeks back..too late i guess lol
but damn no protection from the elements or even wearing a helmet- no mames you do this in a rural open space area not the urban streets of east los.
or as my 6 yr old nephew would say- Nascar..Jeff Gordon!
