One of the ingredients is listed as &#8220;chile sauce, canned or homemade&#8221; without any instruction on how to make said sauce. I love the book though, somebody took the time to write down their cooking process during the 70&#8217;s. But this following recipe was so hilarious I had to share it with you all.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><a href=\"https:\/\/chanfles.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/weiner2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1822\" title=\"weiner2\" src=\"https:\/\/chanfles.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/weiner2.jpg\" alt=\"weiner2\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chanfles.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/weiner2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/chanfles.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/weiner2-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Not that the name conjures up some fancy dish, but I could see a weenies con huevos dish needing some instruction. Or maybe an accompanying spicy sauce. Instead this is what we get, a hot dog fried in lard, placed in a tortilla. Ha Ha!
