Some like it for an excuse to have a bbq, others for the opportunity to make a little extra cash. I happened upon a few pics of Easter related scenery, viewable at the next click.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/chanfles.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/easter2.jpg\" alt=\"easter2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Since Launderland has reopened, much of the holiday themed selling now happens next door. I wish I cared about Easter, I wouldn&#8217;t mind opening up one of them baskets.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/chanfles.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/easter3.jpg\" alt=\"easter3.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On Whittier and Soto, a bunny-suited man sits quietly, contemplating the present misery.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/chanfles.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/easter4.jpg\" alt=\"easter4.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Having to make a buck stinks.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/chanfles.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/easter5.jpg\" alt=\"easter5.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And somewhere in the IE, kids get homicidal on a peaceful cardboard bunny.<\/p>\n<p><object width=\"425\" height=\"355\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/kd6ICBdeicA&#038;hl=en\"><\/param><param name=\"wmode\" value=\"transparent\"><\/param><embed src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/kd6ICBdeicA&#038;hl=en\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" wmode=\"transparent\" width=\"425\" height=\"355\"><\/embed><\/object><\/p>\n<p>When will the hatred of our long-eared friends end?<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/chanfles.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/easter6.jpg\" alt=\"easter6.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tony&#8217;s Drinking Water Paradise is turning into a grab bag store, now with bunny baskets!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/chanfles.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/easter7.jpg\" alt=\"easter7.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>An independent jobber, hauling her own load of baskets. For many in working class neighborhoods, an extra $50 can mean the difference between getting by and making do.
