How to get to LAX

The easiest way to get to the airport from downtown is to take the metro train lines. From somewhere downtown hop on the Red line toward the 7"' St Metro Center so you can transfer to the Blue Line. Jump on Blue towards Long Beach and transfer to the Green Line toward Redondo Beach and get off at Aviation. There is a free bus that will take you the rest of the way to the airport. (On a side note, the green line was originally intended to have an airport station but since LA manages to fuck everything up, and with a bit of pressure by the auto industry, they just scrapped it. Brilliant.
