LH Xmas Parade 2009

lhxmas_intro

I can safely say that I have cornered the market on Lincoln Heights Parade coverage, and since it’s the only product of its kind on the internet, it’s also the best. And worst. No worries, it is what it is. But now that I’ve single handedly pushed all competitors out of this game, the time has come to make my loot! Hmm, not sure how that will happen but trust me, I’m about to get super rich! Click here to see my dominant parade coverage product in action!

Did you really have to be a rata and post of pic of the volunteer sneaking a piece of pizza? Geesh…

And shocked you actually got a pic of our local environmentalist and town chismonero, coo!

All in all, awesome post parade wrap-up, your best yet!

  2. crunchyfrog says:

  3. Becky says:

I almost feel I was there!

  4. Lorena says:

Thanks for the virtual parade, I almost forgot I’m in snow country. I think Frosty should have had a chili pepper nose

  5. Nombre ta Loca says:

Muy interesting retratos…..The comentarios are the best…The queen skating at the parade was f’n priceless…. Well worth the wait….Gracias!

  6. Operacion Repo is one of those poorly-made so-called “reality” shows they show on el Canal 62. There’s also an English show with the same personalities. I think it’s on cable, but I don’t know, I don’t pay for TV!

  7. noobdy says:

That was way better than TV!

One of these days, this series is going to be studied by some graduate student, and you won’t get a cent for it. Oh the injustice!

I had to go to work that day, but I got to see the start of the parade when I was leaving the neighborhood that morning. Thanks for posting these pictures and the commentary.

What did you think of Cafe in the Heights? I don’t drink coffee, and I don’t really care if the place is gourmet or not – I’m just happy to have a place to go be a middle class lounger in my neighborhood.

Wow, what a great parade. I wish I’d been there. You did a wonderful job bringing the parade to your readers. I feel like I was there.

Love the mix of old and new technology, shoe shine while you text. 🙂

  10. Buddha says:

I think the guy on skates thought it was ” a different kind of parade” if you know what I mean.

  11. Chispa says:

Thanks, that was a great post. I really enjoyed your parade coverage. Those Operacion Repo people are everywhere!
