It must be hard times for the condo selling racket if they have to resort to plastering flyers on poles to advertise their shockingly beautiful new lofts, must be due to that popping bubble. Poor developers, I feel sorry for the limitations they face with their shoestring advertising budgets, I’m gonna give them some spare change next time they ask. The place is so fucking pretty that I suddenly thought about buying one of them, only they didn’t do the little row of dangling tear-off phone numbers at the bottom of the flyer that Lincoln Heighteans prefer, so I didn’t get the number and now I can’t remember how to get in touch with them. And it’s in that cold and terribly impersonal computery design, when a hand written sign would do much better:
See how much more attractive the personal touch can be? Oh well, I’ll wait for the next $419,999 loft to go on sale, hope it gets posted on the Bi-Rite community board.

Did it ever occur to this idiot that maybe this is not the developer advertising…maybe it is someone already living in the building who is selling their home??? Find something productive to do with your time!
