If you’ve been wondering what’s happening at the graffiti pit on Humboldt, near the Thrift Store Lofts, well wonder no more since I just found out. If you haven’t been wondering, there’s been some activity there with some concrete smashing and heavy equipment doing stuff. What for? Apparently another Young Nak parking lot. Because they can never have too many. Yeah, the cars are way in the back. I wasn’t about to get out of mine just to take a pic. As if!
Here we see a church bus bringing recruits back to their cars, hopefully now willing to be “recklessly abandoned for Christ.” What would Jesus drive? Beep, beep!
With every Young Nak parking lot comes the Young Nak parking security, or The Man That Mills About, to put it accurately. One of these Sundays I plan to take pics of all the traffic they bring into Lincoln Heights, its a weekly pilgrimage. Fun times ahead.
