Sometimes, when I can’t decide, I’ll order the joke dish just to have a laugh, but this one was funnier than expected.
Pros:
~ Eating amongst a bunch of hipsters. My friend sez it’s good for sociological research.
~ Friendly spanish-speaking busboy gave us 2 straws for the Rocket shake.
~ Water tasted like water. Quite the acheivement on my favorite drink!
Cons:
~ Took around 30 minutes to get my plate. I thought slow was reserved for pupusas.
~ My dish. Circular eggs over black beans, cheese, a non-fried tortilla. Topped with a dollop of guacamole and chunks of tomato. Que chistosos! This is not a proper attempt at HR’s.
~ No beans or rice or anything on the side. Fucking tightwads.
~ Around 7 bucks. Again, que fucking funny!

you are our guiding light when it comes to the HR. try the ones at La Abeja. soupy… confusing… and i love that place.
Yeah, I had some HR’s from Abejas a few weeks ago (it was a to-go order though) and they really were confusing, but actually tasty. I plan on going back soon for a proper plate, stay tuned…
