Mexico Colors

I was busy early this morning making some breakfast for a World Cup viewing party, and then I realized my food looked like the flag of the team I was cheering: red, white, and green. Plus there was a whole pot of beans. Wot a stereotype!

Man, you are cooking with all four burners. Chilliquillies?

  2. EL CHAVO! says:

Yup, green AND red chilaquiles. I wish I had two more burners cuz I always have to time and rotate my pots.

Hello, I just wanted to let you know that I stumbled upon your site yesterday when looking for a vegetarian menudo recipe. I made it last night following your suggestions and it was AMAZING! I’m pretty certain it is the best menudo I’ve ever had (and I’ve had plenty of non-veggie menudo). So, anyway, THANK YOU!

You have some really clean pots, for a member of the cooking classes.
