While the city and county of Los Angeles turn their backs on the humble taco a worker on some Chinese factory floor is hurriedly attaching these instructive labels to yet another car window shade, likely unaware that she is contributing to the further inroads the taco culture is making in the United States.

Now that’s a winner. I can’t wait to run across my own taco-referring instructions someday.
Here is one… some teacher friends of mine will tell the students to fold their papers taco or burrito style … instead of folding them hamburger (in half) and hotdog (length wise) style which is used in the classroom more often.
Why not? My mom refers to moo shu pork as a “Burrito Chino.”
